Customer is responsible for data backups (this is important folks) unless prior arrangements are made for us to back up data. Two Rebels Tech will not be held liable for any data loss while in our shop.
Payment due upon picking up your device. Devices will be held no longer than 30 days before we will consider it abandoned at which time we may dispose of or sell the device to recoup our expenses. We can make an exception if you communicate with us!
When a device comes to our shop completely dead, we can work on it and often fix the obvious issue but we are not responsible for every non functional thing that become apparent after the initial issue is fixed.
