We are not WalMart! Impossible for us to treat returns like they do. We just don't have the resources. If you need that kind of return policy, you might consider shopping there. :)
Except for a few exceptions all retail sales are final. We will do our best to help you select what you need but if we can't make sure it's what you need and will work for you while you are in the store, it's your responsibility to know what you need (want). If you think you may need to return something, please let us know at the time of purchase to be sure.
Exchange: If your item is defective we will gladly exchange it (within 30 days of purchase) for a new one or store credit if another item is not available! You will need your receipt. After 30 days we may be able to help you with a manufacturer's warranty claim.
Returns: Items that are not defective will be refunded as store credit only. Items need to be returned within 7 days of the day you purchased it. Receipt required. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused, undamaged condition and in the original packaging. Basically it must be in new condition. Again we will offer store credit, not cash refund.
If returning an item that is not defective there may be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your credit at the time of return (generally this would apply if we have already ordered a replacement for the item and it's not something we stock more than one of).
